For sale is a beautiful 1988 Prevost Le Mirage coach bus. It is a prime example of a well cared for machine. It is 40" in length and 102" in width. It is powered by a Detroit Diesel 8V92TA and Allison HT740 automatic transmission that are both strong and working perfectly. Engine was removed from bus and underwent service recently including new rods, and oil pump. Bus has all new air bags and most of the suspension components were replaced recently. Has kneeling feature as well as tag axle air dump. A/C was converted to R134A but has a very slow leak so has to be refilled once a year. Air powered windshield wipers were converted to electric motors. Audio/ Video system was upgraded to flat screens and a new radio was put in. Most of the exterior lights have been upgraded to LED. I have all the paperwork for the coach on hand. As far as condition, the coach is in excellent condition with next to no rust. Was originally a southern bus and has only been in New York for a few years. Body is made out of high quality stainless steel, with red sidewall paint that is chipped in places after bus company decals were removed but in excellent condition otherwise. The frame is as solid as a rock. Interior is in fantastic condition with very minor defects as far as the seats, floor, and window glass are.
