| “In good condition for its age. We purchased it last fall to do the route 66 trip which was great. It pulled great and easy to park and maneuver in small places of which there are plenty on that route. I changed the frig prior to our departure as the other was to small. We had below freezing weather for 2 days on the trip and cracked 2 of the plastic windows when lowering the top so they will need to be changed in the future. 2002 Coleman Elite with dinette slide out. Sleeps 6. Opens up to 2 king sized beds. Dining area slide out that can be used as another bed when in lowered position.
Roof top AC and heat. Has a 3 burner stove, NEW frig.(works on 12V, 120V or propane). sink, hot water tank and outdoor shower. Comes with a fresh water tank (under trailer) as well and an outdoor 2 burner stove.
Included is the sheets for both the king sized beds as well as 2 propane tanks and a spare tire.
The hitch and sway bar are included.
The trailer also has a 10" awning that is in good condition. An outdoor carpet also included.
About 22, long when opened. Easy to pull.
Equipped with electric brakes that are not connected. I did not need them as I use a full sized SUV to tow
