2007 Chalet Arrowhead pop up a frame camper with electric brakes and spare tire. The camper is in very good condition. It has hot and cold water, refrigerator/freezer, gas heater and air conditioning. The refrigerator/freezer runs on battery, propane, or electric. The air conditioning does require you to plug in to an electric source. A cover is included.There was a small amount of water leaking into camper. This has been corrected with all windows and seams recaulked. It has rained many times since with no visible leakage or damage.There is one small bubble on exterior, shown in included pictures.Pleas let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
