Selling because I lost my Medical Certificate in 2019 and will show that letter and certified envelope to the buyer. I have owned this plane the longestime in its history. Since August of 2001 . Been a Great Plane ! ! My mechanic retired last year so it"s currently out of annual. Has 1.2 hrs on it since last annual which was just the flight home.
