MO gas 87 octane STC - Myself and previous owner always ran 100LL 50 gallon fuel tanks Has every Knots-2-U speed upgrade available for that model 3 new tires and tubes at last annual

Exterior - paint has been touched up over the years but it still looks great, always get compliments wherever we go. Worst section is on the baggage door and a couple of overspray areas.
Interior - all original, carpet and seats are in good condition
Always hangered and located in Midwest

This is a solid plane that I have flew my family in and wouldn’t hesitate to fly across the country tomorrow. Uses very little oil and is a hands off flier. Only reason for selling is to make room for new plane in the hangar. Plane gets flown weekly on short hops to Oklahoma and Central Arkansas. This would make a great 1st plane or get your PPL.
