You are bidding on a 1964 Piper Cherokee PA28-140. TT 10,200
Engine: Lycoming 0-320 (E2A) Serial: RL-19650-27A SMOH 60 hours Major Overhaul was done in 2004 at Aero Performance Moteur Inc (Trois Rivieres, Qc, Canada). During this procedure, the alternator and hose kits were changed.
Prop: Sensenich 74DM6-O-58 TT 900 hours Overhauled in 2004 by Aviation B.L. Inc- -since overhaul, roughly 70 hours
Wing Spar AD (Airworthiness Directive): The current standing AD for the Wing Spar has been complied with. (Refer to last annual in pictures)
ELT Battery replaced in 2021. Cylinder compressions 77/76/78/76
The aircraft: VFR RATED only. Look at pictures for instruments. The VOR and Transponder do not work. The radio does function properly. The interior has been kept in top shape, the carpets and seats are in near mint shape. They have extremely minimal wear. The paint was also reportedly repainted recently although no bills or mention has been found. The right wing was also completely replaced after a wing strike in 2002.

A point to outline: -My mechanic has noticed some corrosion on the wing spars, both front and aft. The extent/thickness/nature is unknow but through the panel underneath the wing, and with the use of a flashlight, some corrosion may be seen.
The Piper 140 is currently located in Lachute airport, Qc, Canada. The movement/shipping/delivery would become your responsibility.
