Vehicle description

Piper Aztec E , 1971, N13998 was Stored inside a Hangar inland North Carolina for many years. Plane was transported to a shop in Palatka, Florida and reassembled. That shop can either do a complete annual or do the maintenance to get a Ferry Permit: at BUYERS EXPENSE, at a very reasonable shop rate of $80 per hour. Aztecs were Zinc Chromate painted inside and this aircraft has no signs of corrosion. Paint and Interior are original. Front Pilot Seats should be recovered but rest of interior looks very good. Paint is faded and should be repainted. Windows are in very good condition. This Aztec probably has the lowest total hours of any Aztec for sale anywhere with 2,021 Hours from new. Right engine is original engine that showed very good compression in last log book entry prior to going into storage. Left Engine has only 749 hours since overhaul. Many engine accessories have low hours since Overhaul. Both Props were overhauled prior to going into storage and have under 50 hours since Overhaul. There is no indication of damage in the log books which are original and complete. (See copies in photo section, if the log files won"t open it is because it is so hard to get full files put in on eBay. Hope to have that fixed in a day or two). Useful Load is 1,953 Pounds! Very good project to make a really great aircraft! SOLD AS-IS/WHERE-IS! I am helping my older brother to sell this aircraft. He bought it to do the project himself so he would have it for his own use. He had heart attack in 2019 and cannot fly as pilot so has no use for it now. He is taking a loss but needs to sell it now! Ten percent of acceptable bid should be wired to AIC Title company Escrow (Oklahoma City, Ok,) within two days after acceptable bid. Buyer shall accept the condition of the plane or reject it within five working days after bid is accepted. Deposit is refundable if Buyer rejects the aircraft in writing to seller in AS-IS condition within that period. If Buyer accepts condition in writing then deposit is not refundable if buyer fails to pay balance on time.
