1969 CHEROKEE 180-D UNDER 80hr SMOH • this is the Second time I REDUCE THE PRICE FOR QUICK SALE. Very SOLID aircraft, May consider Offer • Has the Longer fuselage with 3 windows on the side. Prior to 1968 the fuselage is shorter with only two windows on the side and less leg room , Engine was OVEHAULED this March, Less than 6 months ago; see pictures during testing at the Overhaul Shop. TSOH +/-80hr, New Prop with +/-80SOH, ACTT +/- 4,300, IFR Certification & Annual Inspection were done recently with: New Oil and fuel Hoses, New Starter and New Alterator., etc. I have receipts for around $20,000 for Overhaul, Cabin Cover, Annual Ispection, New Alt, Starter, All hoses new, New Battery, IFR certification. Wheel pants included (at home now). some hail on the wings. Flies flawlessly. You will not need to do anything to her for many years. Has Very good interior, KX155+ Second Nav, 2 VOR, one with GS. Auto Pilot 1, ADF, Throttle Quadrant. Strobes, LED landing light, PTT in both yokes, Big new tires, Heavy duty front wheel fork, Wheel Pants inc.
