Total Time Airframe is approximately 6125 hours. Total Time on her Lycoming Remanufactured Factory IO-360 C1C Engine is approximately 775 hours. Hartzell Prop was recently resealed, rebalanced and reinstalled on aircraft after I had the 100 hour Eddy Current AD Hub removed and replaced with a brand new non-AD prop hub and has very low hours. Last Annual was conducted on October 5, 2017. Aircraft has Dual Nav/Com Radios 1- KX155 and 1-KX170b with Glideslope, KN64 DME, Garmin 296 Panel Mounted GPS, Auto Flight II Autopilot and is IFR Certified through May 31, 2019. All ADs have been complied with. She"s a solid flying aircraft. She comes turnkey and ready to fly. You"ll need nothing but a headset to have her flying for years to come. Her Tail # is N2742R.
