Very reliable Cherokee 140 in excellent mechanical condition. Low time engine. Fresh annual completed in June. Would be a nice trainer or an inexpensive time-builder. Has car gas STC. The interior is in great condition. No cracks, tears or rips in headliner or seats. I would rate it a 7. Has a hat shelf in back for extra storage. Exterior is a little rough. Original paint has some fading, crazing and chipping. Could use a new paint job. However, this airplane is a cream puff mechanically and fun to fly. Avionics are VFR only. No toe brakes, however the hand brake is easy to use and quick to get used to.
