1969 CHEROKEE 180-D Less than 20hr SMOH • I am REDUCING THE PRICE FOR QUICK SALE. Very SOLID aircraft, May consider Offer • Has the Longer fuselage with 3 side windows. Prior to 1968 the fuselage is shorter with only two windows on the side and less leg room , Engine was OVEHAULED this March, Less than 3 months ago; see pictures during testing at the Overhaul Shop. TSOH 19hr, New Prop with 19hr SOH, ACTT 4,279, IFR Certification & Annual Inspection were done last month with: New Oil and fuel Hoses, New Starter and New Alterator., etc. I have receipts for around $20,000 for Overhaul, PropNice, Annual Ispection, New Alt, Starter, All hoses new, New Battery, IFR certification.
HasVery good interior, KX155+ Second Nav, 2 VOR, one with GS. Auto Pilot 1, Throttle Quadrant. Strobes, LED landing light, PTT in both yokes, Big new tires, Wheel Pants inc. ALL AD"s, 4 pl intercom, ADF, Climbs at 1,200"/min w/ 2 people, Cruises at 135-140 knots, GET SELLING DUE TO MY PARTNER WANTING TO GET OUT OF FLYING .
