Vehicle description
LOW RESERVE ! PRICED TO SELL QUICKLY ! Right Out Of Fresh Annual Inspection !
Nice 1968 Piper Cherokee PA28-140. I have flown this plane 100 hours in the last year for my training and just recieved my pilots license. It has been a great plane to fly. This is an excellent plane to train in at a fraction of the cost of having to rent. It"s also a great economical plane if you already have your license for weekend cross country flights ! I would love to keep it, but I need the money to continue the next phase of my training for my instrument rating.
Annual inspection just completed and good until December 31, 2018.
Transponder test good until April 2019.
This plane was the first year of the Cherokee quadrant style throttle and mixture controls instead of the older push pull controls.
Airframe TT 8925 hours. Engine SMOH hours 2212 hours. Engine TSTOH 812 hours.
Airplane has been based and hangared in sunny, dry Arizona for the last 22 years and prior to that it spent its entire years in Minnesota. Never near the coast or in humid climates. No corrosion problems at all !
Airplane is based at Falcon Field, Mesa , AZ. (KFFZ)
