This is a STEAL. . Last flew December of 2016 when purchased by our flight school as an addition to the fleet. Unfortunately we are closing and must liquidate all assets including N1163X which was in the process of being restored. This aircraft is a complete airframe and includes all logbooks and airworthiness certificate. It does not include any radios, #1 nav head, engine, or prop. All wiring is included and is setup for a GNS430, KX175B, and GTX327. The airframe has been chemically stripped and is ready for your custom paint job! All flight controls are included, but have not yet been stripped. The interior is included, but is in poor conditions and would benefit from being reupholstered.
