Hi Folks! Happy Spring! ! Up for Bid/"Buy it Now" today is a super clean fresh annual and engine 1970 Piper Cherokee 140! 5477TT, 1172SMOH, "0" Since complete teardown due to worn cam lifter and lobe. The engine was completely disassembled, completely inspected, "NEW" cam and followers installed(not reground), all new bearings, all 4 cylinders overhauled, new pistons, rings, many,many new parts. (see invoice in pictures), Avionics - RST audio panel with intercom, MK12D with a ID825 glideslope indicator, Garmin GTX327 Transponder with encoder, strobes, Skytech starter, shoulder harness STC, Wheel pants(mains off in pictures,but included). Paint is in very nice shape, interior is new last year, glass is excellent. Just a super clean, great running Cherokee. If you are looking for a well cared for, clean Cherokee that needs nothing with basically a zero time engine with a warranty! Then look no further! Did I mention the Engine has a warranty! REMEMBER-This is not a new aircraft. It is 49 years old. Feel free to call with any questions. The only stupid question is the one not asked! Since we buy planes all over the country they are not always in our own location. Please call for location info. I will be glad to accommodate you with your purchase.

New Note for all my aircraft auctions - I sell on Ebay for one reason, to sell them. Please follow the payment instructions to the tee or the sale will be canceled and the aircraft will be re-listed. As stated, I require a $500.00 deposit in 24 hours and full payment within 3 days. I run a 5 day auction and that is the time you need to make arrangements to do your viewing and inspection. I will provide you with references of past buyers. Yes, in some cases you may have to buy sight unseen but I have had many parties do that and they have not been disappointed.
