Up for auction is a 2016 Piper PA-46-350P Malibu Mirage M350 project. Aircraft was bellied and the outboard end of the LH wing caught fire. More details will be below.

S/N of aircraft is 4636689 Registration number is N479CD (originally N689KC, paperwork hasn"t cleared the FAA to make the change official) Total time on this airframe was 180.7 at the time of the last log entry, estimated 10 hours more were accumulated between then and the accident. Engine: Lycoming TIO-540-AE2A S/N of engine is L-14235-61A Engine Total Time Since New: Approximately 190 Hours 350 Horsepower Propeller: Hartzell HC-I3Y1R-1N 3 Blade Composite S/N NY274B Total Time Since New: Approximately 190 Hours Avionics: Avionics are at my facility and not with the plane Garmin G1000 NXi Flight System w/ GFC Autopilot Aspen EFD 1000 Garmin GMA350 Digital Audio Panel Garmin GTX 33 w/ ES P/N 011-00779-30 ADS-B Out Garmin GDL69A XM Radio Garmin GWX68 Weather Radar (mounting bracket has a tear) Bose A20 Headsets (x2)
Interior: Wellington Executive interior is in good condition, but will need a good cleaning as there is dirt and grease on the seats and panels. Has AmSafe inflatable restraints installed. Exterior: Plane was painted in Dec. 2017
Condition notes: Plane was bellied causing damage includes but not limited to belly skins, propeller and spinner, lower cowling, wing structure (we think we know where a replacement wing can be found), flaps, RH aileron, RH main gear and actuator, nose and main gear doors, exhaust muffler, antennas, and landing gear fairings.
