1969 CHEROKEE 180-D UNDER 150hr SMOH • PRICE IS for a 1/4 s ha r e ownership. Very SOLID aircraft, Will not need anything for many years. • Has the fuselage with 3 windows on the side and cargo door. Prior to 1967-68 the fuselage is had only two windows on the side. This extra window gives it a nice look , Engine was OVEHAULED this March, Less than 6 months ago; see pictures during testing at the Overhaul Shop. TSOH under 150hr, New Prop, ACTT +/- 4,400, IFR Certification & Annual Inspection were done recently with: New Oil and fuel Hoses to comply with the AD, New Engine Mounts ($250 each) New Starter and New Alterator., etc. I have receipts for around $20,000 for Overhaul, Cabin Cover, Annual Inspection, New Alt, Starter, All hoses new, New Battery, IFR certification. Wheel pants included (at home now). some hail on the wings. Flies flawlessly. You will not need to do anything to her for many years. Has Very good interior, KX155+ a Second Nav, 2 VOR, one with GS.
