Up for auction is a Clean 1999 Overland Osprey Luxury 40ft Diesel Pusher Motorhome with 2 Slide Outs and Full Body Paint . This coach is powered by a CAT 3126 330HP Diesel Engine and an Allison Automatic 6 Speed Push Button Transmission. The Chassis is a Freightliner custom chassis. The generator is an Onan 8000 Quiet Diesel with a front slide out compartment. The exterior has tan, black, off white, checkered flag paint. The wheels are 22.5" Alcoa aluminum rims with Bridgestone tires all 6 from 2007 with good tread and sidewalls. The water heater is a 10 gallon. The front nose has the clear mask decal that has dirt behind it and cracking in it on the mirrors and front hood and has turned to brownish color. This unit has 7 awnings- over the door manual awning, main manual awning, 3 window awnings and 2 slide out topper awnings. The entry step is a double power step. The outside compartments have slide out pass thru basement trays, outside tube TV and some kind of old cassette stereo. The basement has a good amount of storage space. Also has a rear ladder and tow hitch, rear painted mural. The interior has tan carpeting with tan power step cover and marble black and white solid flooring at the entry way with tan carpeting in the drivers area. The front seats are dual leather tan Flexsteel power swivel seats. This has the jacobs exhaust brake, tilt/tele wheel, dual front fans, windshield curtain, air brakes, air horn, air ride, power heated mirrors, dash A/C, HWH computerized leveling jacks, front Flatscreen TV overhead drivers area and right side storage compartment. The living room has tan carpet with factory luxury pattern swirl, valances with day and night shades with black night shades, dual black leather jack knife sofa beds and 4 matching accent pillows, upper storage cabinets with lights under, LED ceiling lights, wall lamp and lamp over dinette. The dinette table is wood with a solid black corian top and 4 chairs with black pattern cushions. This has roof A/C and heat with digital climate control. The kitchen has the solid Corian countertop with sink and sink and solid sink covers, atwood 3 burner stove, Sharp Carousel Profile Convection oven, mirror back splash, Dometic New Dimensions dual door refrigerator, Nu-Heat Electric heated floor. It also has a coffee maker, mirror kitchen back splash and window with blind, multiple cabinets and drawers, slide out pantry cabinet. There is a solid sliding wood door to the bathroom. The bathroom has a very luxurious shower with arch angled tinted glass door and full marble and solid surface floor and walls with a skylight, brass trim and brass nozzle handle sprayer. The vanity has the solid top with sink and mirror with vanity lights and side wall mirror. The main bath area has the white and black marble floor that continues from the kitchen to the bathroom and into the toilet room and has a Kenmore washer and separate dryer machine with louvered lower doors and solid upper doors. The private toilet room has the full solid door and black traveler porcelain toilet, white walls, roof vent and fan, toilet paper holder and towel holder, upper cabinet. The bedroom has dual sliding solid doors from the bathroom to bedroom. The bedroom has tan carpeting, bed with mattress, original comforter and matching headboard with pillows, dual solid night stands with luxury wall lamps, upper cabinets, corner wall mirrors meet together at left corner wall full length mirrors. With the sliding closet doors one is missing the other is cracked at the bottom with some duct tape on it. The closet has a cedar wall with white shelving inside. This has a corner tv cabinet with slide out tray and tube style old tv. Also has a bedroom roof A/C and LED ceiling lights. The generator has 4725 hours still runs and operates properly. This is an expensive unit when new costs over $250,000. It is a 1999 and it not new it has normal average wear and use here and there as it was used and driven and didn"t just sit around like some do . The digital odometer will not light up and is blank as well as the trip, the tac is stuck at 2500RPM, the Speedometer doesn"t work it is stuck at 80MPH. The last known mileage reported was from 2018 and is 144,413 miles. Please take into consideration you will be responsible to fix these issues if you make this purchase. The motorhome still runs and drives excellent and was driven back here to the dealership 200 miles. One spot on the passengers side cabinet on the tan has a touch up spot, some checking in the paint near the checkered flag hard to see unless up close, sides look pretty straight and solid if you look down them. For under $30,000 you get a unit that was over $250,000 and still looks very nice, that"s pretty amazing to think about.
