Up for auction is a Clean 2010 Open Range 34ft 4 SEASON 5th Wheel with 3 Slide Outs and an Onan 2500 Watt LP Generator ! This is extra clean inside and was well maintained by the previous owners who have owned it since 2011. It was originally purchased out west and was traded for a motorhome in 2011 and now just traded to us for a diesel motorhome. It has the 4 Season protection, 4 point Leveling system, dexter EZ Flex axles, alloy wheels with Goodyear Marathon Tires, dual axle, rear ladder with bike rack, triple entry step with solid screen door metal/mesh, power awning and slide out topper awnings. It also has a 2nd added roof A/C in the bedroom. The interior has vinyl flooring tile pattern in the kitchen and bath and excellent condition carpeting in the living room and bedroom. This kitchen has the two tone light wood and dark wood from the factory. The kitchen has the real Corain countertop with sink and solid sink covers, 3 burner stove/oven combo, vent system, microwave, Norcold refrigerator, metal wine rack. The living room has the opposing slide outs with the cloth pattern sofa with pull out bed, dinette table with 4 chairs matching cushions, curtains and pull shades, electric fireplace, Vizio flatscreen Tv with Boss receiver stereo, fantastic fan, roof A/C with remote control, 2 blown microfiber recliners center table with lamp, reading lights upper cabinets rear window with curtain and shade. Upstirs has the hallway with window and full bathroom door on the left. The bathroom is a good size and has the spot for a washer/dryer combo with plumbing and dryer vent already installed. It has the neo-angle shower with skylight and porcelain toilet, clear glass bowl sink with upper shelf and mirror cabinet also has mirror cabinet and shelf above washer/dryer area. There is also a sliding door to the bedroom from the bathroom. The bedroom has an accordion door from the hallway for privacy. The bedroom does not have a mattress but comes with the comforter and has the bureau, corner closet with flatscreen Tv and swivel mount, sliding dual mirror closet doors, bedroom Roof A/C. This also has central vacuum with the hoses and attachments. Dry Weight is 8825 lbs. (before generator and 2nd A/C installed), GVW: 12,340 lbs. No signs of water leaks from what we can see, exterior sides are straight and paint and decals are good overall. There is a small scuff on the front passengers nose corner, passengers fender flare has some fading and minor flaking on he clear coat may be hard to see unless up close, other than that this trailer is in excellent shape for the year and book value with the generator and 2nd roof A/C is $20,745 thousands below our price.
