Good condition and very clean interior. Everything works and is ready to go out camping. I have owned this unit for almost 5 years and is great for two people and a dog. Always stored with a cover.

Beautiful interior wood cabinets with plenty of storage and great layout. Queen mattress is almost new, high quality memory foam. USB charging ports near kitchen sink. Most interior lights are LED. Dinnette has been replaced with two genuine Eero Saarinen Tulip chairs. Very comfortable! Batteries relocated as well. Much easier to add water and check. Room for 36" x 24" dog bed under table. Your furry travel companion now has a place to lay down, out of the hallway and call his own.
These campers are made from lightweight two piece fiberglass. The "real" dry weight as it left the factory is only 2805 pounds. Compare that to a Lance. This is a 10" long camper than fits a long bed truck only.
Includes set of Fast Gun stainless steel tiedowns, Fast Gun locks, Dually swing outs for front jacks, 5 step ladder for entry/exit, 3" riser for the bed of truck so camper clears the top of the truck cab, rubber truck bed matt, sewer and fresh water hose. Ready to go.
Sorry, no generator. Never needed one.
Overall in nice condition, but previous owner scraped a tree backing into a camping spot. See last picture, shows just above the right corner of the backdoor. Has been repaired. Also propane door needs to be resealed. Electric jacks squeek. Small 4" long wood scrape on lower, center behind bathroom door. (See picture) I am an honest seller and want to be upfront with issues. Price adjusted accordingly. These are rare units down here in southern california. Worth the drive. Happy to answer questions before close of auction. Personal inspection encouraged!
