Up for sale is my 2 bedroom, 2 slide out Nomad Camper. I am the second owner and i can say it has been very well taken care of. I have kept up with all maintenance and upgraded a lot of things to make it more comfortable to stay in as a get away retreat. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a luxurious 12 inch foam mattress that is like sleeping on a cloud. there is plenty of storage space in the master bedroom as well as you will see in the pictures. in the second bedroom it has three bunk beds that are rated for 300 pounds each. with 3 cabinets and drawers on the bottom of the cabinets. The couch also folds out to a bed, the kitchen table will convert to a bed as well. it has a full size refrigerator like you would find in a house to accommodate all your food. i upgraded the hot water heater to a much bigger one so you can actually take a good shower. the hot water heater is both electric or propane witch is a nice feature i have found so your not using all your propane heating the water while you are at a camp site. it has central air conditioning and central heat with a thermostat to keep you comfortable. i have stayed in it in the middle of winter without a problem. The roof has been sealed every year to keep up on it since i have had it. it dose have one soft spot from the previous owner that was sealed professionally from our rv dealer so there are no leaks at all. all around this is a great camper that you will enjoy year after year. Also i did just put in a new toilet just because the old one was starting to show some ware. all repairs and maintenance was done by professional rv dealer repair facility. There is a Cloths washer and drier i can include for a additional price. pleas contact me with any questions. Upon end of auction a $500 dollar non refundable deposit is due within 48 hours and the rest will have to be paid cash in hand in person within 1 week of end of auction, unless other arrangements are made before auction ends.
