We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is roof AC unit that works.
The LP system works, we had to check the system with one of our LP bottles. The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top did function with our LP parts.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works. The keys are missing, a new lock with keys on Amazon is approx $50. The tires have 2007 date codes.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
