We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is roof AC unit that works.
The LP system works, we had to check the system with one of our LP bottles since the LP bottles are missing on this camper. The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top did function with our LP.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works. When the city water hose is used it has a minor leak at the city water valve. Approx $20 for a new city water hook up and about 30 minutes to install.
The fridge works. The air mattress works as you can see in the photos, however it does have a small hole that needs to be repaired, also in the photo. The fireplace does not turn on. The main Slide has minor issue, when it is fully retracted, meaning that the slide is all of the way in, it will not extend, it is like a tooth of the gear is broke or misaligned when all the way retracted. However, if the slide is retracked to approx 95%, the slide will extend proper. No keys,a new door handle with keys can be purchased on Amazon for around $50. The awning works as you can see in the photos but the awning material is the original and really needs to be replaced. The tires have 2018 date codes.
