We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 400 miles with no issues.
There are 3 roof top AC units that function with the heat pump option.
The water system works. The aquahot works on diesel and electric. The aquahot heater furnace option blows heat and creates hot water as it should. The overhead AC units all have the heat pump option for heat as well. The hot water also works.
It has 2019 front date code tires. The tag tires have 2007 date codes and the drive tires look good but no date codes.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The fuel guage shows full, we believe that the fuel guage does NOT function proper. The electric steps works with a switch It needs a new "brainbox" to work automatic.
The fridge works on LP gas or electric. The main Girard electric awning works as you can see in the photos.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The hydraulic jacks work. The driver rear jack is missing the foot, which means that you can not retract it since the springs are not attached due to the missing foot.
The carpet is ok, especially considering it is 19 years old. As you can see in the photos it has a couple of cracked tile, most likely just due to the age. The Onan 10k generator will crank and run for a few seconds and then shows code 36. Code 36 is typically a fuel issue, like maybe a clogged fuel filter, weak fuel pump, cracked fuel line or similar. There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $600 , or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed. The transfer switch is defective. The transfer switch is what allows the power that supplies the coach to go between the power cord and generator. Hopefully, you can see in the photos, the front windshield is cracked. Typical cost for the new glass would be around $2500 pls crate and freight of maybe $500 or so, then install. We used to have a local guy that would install these one piece windshields, however, he no longer will since he is getting older and the glass is heavy. If you could drive to the RV glass warehouse, you could save the crate and freight and they usually have a local guy that would install. One in Jacksonville Florida, one in midwest and one in Oregon, the last time that I checked. We did NOT check anything else.
