This is a 2004 Tsunami by Forest River with 4 Slides, the Cummins 400hp ISL Diesel eng with an Allison Auto 6 speed trans. We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864 965 8577 or call the store 864 845 1484. The engine runs good. The transmission shifts good. This motorhome was just driven over 600 miles with no issues. The Onan diesel gen runs. The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold. This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues. There are 2 roof AC units that work. The LP system works, Water Heater and Stove top function. The tires look new and have 2019 date codes. The aquahot will heat on electric. Since, the temps are warm now, we did not check to see if it makes heat and pumps. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. There is a dishwasher and it turns on but we did not wash anything in it. The fridge works, electric only. The air level system works but sometimes the light turns on for a reset but it seems to be fine. The power cord is a 50 amp. The radio works. The back up function of the radio works as well as the screen for other info. The main awning works. A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. The batteries are functional but older, the house batteries will not hold a charge for very long. Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. We did NOT check anything else. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. This RV is a little dirty and needs a good cleaning. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell. For the buy it now price of $74999 we will include the following: oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator Wiper replacement Full of Diesel and LP Full cleaning New house batteries This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire. For any other price those items would NOT be included. If you win this item on an ebay auction, then the following terms would apply. The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over. The total amount is due within 72 hours whether you pick up it or not. We are typically purchasing additional RVs at auctions nearly every week.
