This camper is a 2005 Quantum 365BSQS by Fleetwood. UVW approx 11,000 LBS GVW approx 14,000 LBS 4 slide King bed www.kkrvs.com We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864 245 0730 or call the store 864-845-1484. There is a roof AC unit that works. The LP system works, Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. The main awning needs new material. The power cord is a 50 amp twist lock and we had to use one of ours since it was missing. A new cord cost approx $150. The radio works. The fridge works on LP gas or electric. The LP tanks are missing, we used one of ours to check the LP system. 3 of the tires have 2014 date codes and look ok, but they are over 6 years old and the 4th tire was replaced, meaning that 14 date code tire blew apart. So, it probably needs at least 3 new tires if travelling a longer distance. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
