This is a 2006 Four Winds Huricane by Thor with 2 Slides, model 31DT, 32ft long.Only 17k milesWe completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:www.kkrvs.com.Text 864 245 0730 or call the store 864 845 1484.The Ford V10 runs good.The transmission shifts good.The Onan 5500 gen works with less than 100 hours.The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.There are 2 roof AC units that work.The LP system works, Water Heater and Stove top function.It has 5 of the original tires on it, so, it needs new tires or approx $1700.The furnace works.The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.The water system works.The fridge works.The jacks work.The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225.The radio works.The main awning works, the material is the original and has a few holes in it but is still very functional.A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.We did NOT check anything else.If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.I tried to take a lot of photosl.For the buy it now price of $29999 we will include the following:oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generatorWiper replacementUsed power cord.New awning material This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.For any other price those items would NOT be included.If you win this item on an ebay auction, then the following terms would apply.The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.The total amount is due by the close of business on Wednesday whether you pick up it or not.
