This is a 2001 Itasca Horizon 36LD by Winnebago with 2 Slides, with the Cat Diesel 330hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan 7500 Diesel gen works.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues.
There is two stage Basement AC unit that works AC and heat pump.
Furnace heat works.
The LP system works, Water Heater and Stove top function.
It has NEW tires.
The microwave handle and screen are broken.
The water system works.
The fridge works. There is a location for a combo washer / dryer and you can purchase a used unit for $800 installed.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The slides work. The rear slide, the hydraulic cylinders leak but still function. The main slide extends and retracts but not as proper as it should.
The main awning works, but the retract function is messed up, it most likely needs new springs in the awning tube. Both windshields are cracked and need to be replaced. The single electric step is bent and does not operate properly. We only have the ignition key. There is a photo in the bath hall area showing my shoe, there is a soft spot in that location. Unless you step in that location, you would not notice.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 21 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Wiper replacement Combo used washer / dryer
