This is a 2008 Bounder by Fleetwood model 38F with 3 Slides, 1.5 bath and the 6.7 Cummins 325hp ISL Diesel eng with an Allison Auto 6 speed trans. We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864 965 8577 or call the store 864 845 1484. The engine runs good. The transmission shifts good. The Onan 8K diesel gen runs. The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas, but it does blow cooler that the outside air temp. This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues. There are 2 roof AC units that work. The LP system works and the Stove top functions. It has 2011 tires and it was just driven approx 1200 miles. There is a place for a combo washer / dryer and we can add a used unit for $600 if you want one. The back up camera works as you can see in the photos. The main and door awning are 12 volt electric and do function. The control box may have an issue or some kind of safety function. The main awning will only extend when you plug the motor wires into the door motor. Both awnings do function. The water system works, however the kitchen faucet seems to be clogged. The title has been branded as rebuilt. I purchased this motorhome at a dealer only auction so I do NOT know all of the history. It appears to me that it was involved in some kind of crash. The nose and most of the driver storage door have been repainted. The driver headlight has also been replaced. The battery house disconnect does not work. We had to jump the disconnect to get house power so we could check all of the systems. Typically, a new house battery disconnect will cost around $200 and about 2 hours to replace, it is mounted in a box behind a circuit board that has to be dismantled to replace. There is a small chip in windshield, I took a photo. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. The fridge works. The radio does not turn on and we did not check it out, hopefully it is just a blown fuse or similar. A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. The batteries are functional but older. Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. We did NOT check anything else. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. This RV is a little dirty and needs a good cleaning. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell. For the buy it now price of $64999 we will include the following: Oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator Wiper replacement Full of Diesel and LP New tires A used combo washer / dryer Replace the house battery disconnect This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
