This camper is a 2013 Cherokee by Forest River Vegeance 306V with 2 Slides and it weighs approx 11k LBS. with a 10ft garage. We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text or call the store 864-845-1484. There is a roof AC unit that works. The LP system works, Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function. The microwave works although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. The house style fridge works. The rubber roof appears to be NEW. The keys are missing for the entry doors. The driver side landing gear seems to be bent, it will NOT retract 100%. If you look thru the photos, the landing gear on the driver side is as high as it will retract. The 50amp twist lock power cord was missing so we used one of our power cords to check this camper out. The 40lb LP tank was missing so we used one of our tanks to check the LP system. We can install a used front AC unit for $500 if you want one. The patio awning is 12 volt electric and works, the material has a tear and we used some strong gorilla tape to patch it up. If you look closely in the photos you can see the patch. one of the awning arms is slightly bent as you can see in the photos. If you would like to have an Onan 5500 Marquis gas generator 50amp installed in this toy hauler, we can do that for approx $2k, we have a good used one in stock. The camper would need a transfer switch, a fuel line from the rear gas tank to the gen with an external fuel pump installed. The fuel station fuel pump repaired since it will NOT turn on 3 tires have 2012 date codes and one tire is a 2016, so, they really need to be replaced. This camper has some nice features, although it appears to have maybe lived in for a time. Some things about this camper show more age that you would imagine for a 2013, both inside and out. I tried to take close ups of everything that I noticed. I am sure that I missed a few blemishes here and there but if you scroll all of the photos you should have a pretty clear idea of the current condition. The exterior shower door is broke. I put it in place for photos, it will fall off on its own. For the buy it now price of $29999 we would include an Onan gas Generator, transfer switch, inside start for the gen, a 50 amp power cord, new awning material, new awning arm, 4 new tires, a new driver side landing gear, entry door keys and a front AC unit installed along with a 40lb LP tank. For any other price, those items would not be included. If you purchase this item thru an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:. The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over. The total amount is due within 72 hours whether you pick up it or not. We are typically purchasing additional RVs at auctions nearly every week. We require the payment FAST so we can purchase additional units at the auction. Our goal is to sell a lot of campers at a low profit which means that we have to turn our money very fast. We charge a late payment fee of $400 if we do not receive the total within 72 hours.
