This is a NO RESERVE auction and a great opportunity to get a great remodeled Airstream at a great deal! I am selling my renovated 1994 Airstream Classic. I purchased this in 2019 and started the conversation to a full-time livable space.
The subfloor in the rear bedroom was completely removed and replaced. All leaks have been repaired and roof recoated.
It was designed with a single person or couple in mind. The kitchen counter was extended to over 8 feet, for plenty of cooking area. Overhead cabinets were taken down which makes it feel open and spacious for longer term use. The bed frame allows for large storage and cargo options underneath.
This would make a great tiny home, mother-in-law or rental property. With a few alterations, it could be a great off-grid living quarters as well.
The trailer is towable and the exterior lights work. I have towed it a couple hundred miles with no issues. The main awning was removed due to being damaged but could be repaired and reattached if desired. There is no air conditioning unit but a portable A/C can be hooked up easily. All windows are in working order and do not have leaks. The rear window was replaced and is fixed in place. The fridge works on both AC power or LP gas.
The exterior has its flaws and small dents but I can say for certain that it is water tight and leak free! All plumbing and gas fixtures work well, I can provide video via email if interested.
