Haven’t painted the outside yet because the paint is in like new condition. If you (the buyer) don’t like the yellow, I am more than happy to do all the work/labor of painting it any color or colors that you want.
Bus is Currently Located in Seattle, WA — delivery all over USA available.
This short bus has just been converted, and has never been lived in. Every single thing inside the bus is brand new and never used. Cosmetically, this means no wear and tear. Functionally, this means items such as the deep cycle batteries still have 100% of their life left in them.
Chassis Specs:
2007 Chevy Express 3500 Dual Rear Wheels 6.6L LMM Duramax Diesel with 78,000 original miles About 22’ long, 10’ high, 9’ wide
Mechanical Condition:
This bus is in excellent condition both inside and out— I encourage every prospective buyer to get it fully inspected at their mechanic. The engine runs perfectly and starts right up. Both engine batteries are brand new (Replaced in October 2019). All 6 tires are brand new with less than 500 miles on them. I changed the oil and filter today, and all other fluids are clean and full. No leaks. Most importantly. . absolutely no rust underneath whatsoever. This bus was owned and operated in Oregon it’s entire life— this part of the country doesn’t use road salt. It’s as clean as could be underneath.
Important Technical Specs for Conversion:
75 gallon fresh water tank 4 gallon electric hot water tank 5 new deep cycle batteries, each 88AH (440AH total) 3000W pure sine wave inverter (6000W peak) 4 new Renogy solar panels, each 100W, for a total of 400W or solar 40A Renogy MPPT charge controller 25A battery charger (to be plugged into a generator or shore power if there isn’t any sun to charge)
General Info:
The bus sleeps three adults comfortably. Two on the brand new memory foam queen mattress (it’s not fully inflated in the picture— takes a couple days for a new memory foam mattress to take shape), and one across the leather couch.
Several people can sit comfortably across the 6 foot wide leather couch. This couch flips up to reveal a large, finished storage area underneath.
Under the bed, there are two drawers on soft close drawer slides to store clothing, etc.
The kitchen counter is an 8 foot long slab of butcher block, with an 8 foot long shelf above. Lots of storage in the cabinets and drawers below, as seen in the photos.
Brand new, stainless steel, 4.5 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer under the counter.
Waterproof vinyl plank flooring throughout.
Floors are insulated with rigid foam, walls and ceiling have factory foam in new condition.
Open the rear door (which locks/unlocks from the inside and outside) to find a large finished storage area.
