New unfinished conversion on solid 1995 pre owned commercial coach chassis. Model H3-45. Detroit series 60 with Allison B-500 electronic shift transmission. Bus runs excellent but will need the RV conversion completed. Odometer shows 9,700 but true mileage is unknown and exempt. This bus was designed to be 1 br/1ba luxury condo on wheels. I have spared no expense on the highest of quality materials. Unfortunately I have lost interest due to a recent large boat purchase . All conversion components besides the running shell are BRAND NEW:

Plumbing & Electrical: -All electric coach 240 50amp plug in w/ 100ft power cord -Residential style plumbing/ electrical with 100amp panel -All 120v appliances and house components -Romex wiring (outlets will need installed) -Pex hot/cold & stainless plumbing from manifold block w/brass fittings (about 75% complete) -PVC drain plumbing (about 75% complete) -19 gallon hot water heater -100 gallon Fresh water holding tank w/ Shurflow pressure pump -50 gallon grey water holding tank -50 gallon sewage holding tank This Coach conversion is about 80% complete and will need the following: -Complete exterior body/ Paint job -finish Installing electrical outlets -finish kitchen backsplash -baseboard /crown molding and finishing trim -light fixtures and switches installed -finish various plumbing connections -finish wall paneling around bathroom toilet. -install inverter or genset to run HVAC over the road.
