This coach runs and drives great, it has the Allison 3000MH 6 Speed Automatic push button transmission and the Generator is an Onan 7500 Quiet Diesel with only 92 hours. It has power gear leveling, A&E Oasis power awning, manual awning over the entry door, slide out topper awnings and 3 window awnings. The cab has tan leather front seats with matching euro chair and ottoman behind the passengers seat with a desk area. The cab has a Vision Stat color camera, stereo cd player, tilt/tele wheel, dash A/C (cold), air brakes, air ride, air horn, power heated mirrors, dual front fans, 3 cup holders, windshield curtain, overhead cabinets and flatscreen TV. It also has the power front visors, power step cover, tile entry floor with tan carpeting in the seating area and living room. The living room has tan and brown floral pattern kuston fit sleeper sofa, valances and day/night shades, lamp over sofa and dinette booth with drop table for sleeping, wall lamp, overhead cabinets full length wall mirrors, reading lamps, desk area with computer tray slide out. The kitchen flooring is tile with diamond pattern, Corian countertop with sink covers and stove cover for the 3 burner stove, Dometic New Dimensions dual door refrigerator stainless, mirror back splash, GE profile convection oven, countertop extension, pantry with slide out trays. The monitor panel before the bathroom has the 12v and 120v water heater switches, battery monitors, Xantrex inverter monitor and tank monitors. There is a full solid door to the bathroom. The bathroom has the split toilet room with porcelain toilet, window, vanity with mirror cabinet and makeup lights. The main bath area has a neo-angle shower with seat and skylight with front decal and a 2nd vanity in the main bath with sink and mirror cabinet with makeup lights. There are dual sliding solid doors from the bedroom to bathroom. The bedroom has tan carpeting, bed with mattress comforter and pillows, bureau with hamper, spot for a TV in the corner (no TV), louvered doors for a washer dryer combo(no unit) and hookups. Also has a lamp over the bed, etched mirror sliding closet doors, reading lights and valances with day/night shades. The wheels are 22.5" with chrome simulators and Michelin tires from 2012 in the rear and 2007 in the front all in great shape with nice tread and sidewalls. It has a great sizxe basement pass thru storage. There is one scuff on the passengers side that was touched up on the compartment door. Overall the paint and decals look good with some minor fading and cracking. it has dual roof A/C"s and is 50 amp service with a Xantrex Freedom 458 inverter and has a 10 gallon water heater. there are a few windows that have some fog between the panes which we see often on many units. Overall for the year it is in nice shape and will make a great coach for someone on a budget. It has normal average wear and use from over the years as every motorhome does.
