Up for auction is a 2007 National Tropi-Cal 33ft Diesel Pusher Motorhome with 2 Slide Outs. This was just driven here from Florida . It has full body paint- burgundy with cream and tan striping. The engine is a Cummins ISB-02 5.9L 300HP Turbo Diesel with an Allison 2500MH push button transmission . It runs and drives excellent. The generator is an Onan 8000 Quiet Diesel with Only 296 hours on it and runs excellent. This has 3 rear receiver hitches and a 7 way plug for towing, also has 2 front hitch receivers. The sides are nice and straight looking down the motorhome. The awning and an A&E 2 step manual awning with black protection cover. The wheels are 22.5" with chrome simulators and Goodyear tires from 2008. The entrance has the double step, screen door, power step cover. The flooring is tan tile with carpeting in the drivers area. This cab has A/C, windshield curtain, dual visors, 3 cup holders, removable dash pad, dual leather power front seats in great shape, tilt, stereo CD, Voyager camera, exhaust brake, power gear leveling jacks. This has a 10 gallon water heater. The living room has the tile flooring all the way to the bathroom. The dinette has carpet underneath. The living room has the tan cloth sofa full pull out Kustom Fit sofa bed and valances with day/night shades, wallpaper and wall paper border in the kitchen, dinette booth with pattern cushions lamp above and drop down table for sleeping, also has dual reading lights on each side. The kitchen has the corian countertop with sink and solid sink covers and stove covers over the 3 burner stove, fantastic fan, convection microwave and Dometic refrigerator. The hallway has a window with valance and day night shades. The bathroom has the full door with mirror on entry side, tile floor, vanity with sink and lower sink cabinet and side drawers upper mirror and corner hamper and upper corner cabinet, porcelain toilet, neo-angle shower with seat and skylight. Before the bedroom there is a master panel with the digital climate control with both roof A/C"s, battery monitor for the house and chassis batteries, master slide out controls, tank monitors. The bedroom has a full door with tan carpeting, slide out closet area with dual sliding mirror doors and inside removable shelves to the right. It has no comforter or shams and pillows but has the headboard and dual night stands with reading lights and wall lights, valance with day/night shades, flat screen TV, Roof A/C and upper cabinets. The bedroom has a round ceiling lamp and fantastic fan. The exterior has some flaking off the clear coat in a few areas mostly on the front and side roof lines and a few areas of the drivers side has flaking top clear layer. The inside hallway wall by the window has some minor bubbling near the window the wall is solid but started to bubble the wallpaper outside layer. The interior is clean and in nice shape, seating and flooring is all good. This unit is priced thousands below average book value and has good mileage for the year.
