Vehicle description
Lightly used drop down motorcycle trailer. Bed of trailer drops down almost flush to pavement. Will drop down either hooked up to vehicle or removed from vehicle. I have installed a front wheel dock that is hydraulically operated ($225) - Makes for an easy 1 person load and unload. I have also added a heavy duty jack ($100) that makes it easy to roll around in your garage WITH your bike on the trailer. The front rock guard was a $250 option from the manufacturer and it can be quickly removed if needed. LED lights all the way - I have also added LED lights to the rock guard for extra side visibility at night.
There is little to no rust that I can find - it has been garage kept since new so the only moisture exposure has been when it was used in the rain a few times. I have pulled it with a V6 and a V8 and you cannot tell it is behind you until you go up a steep hill. Very stable at cruising freeway speed limits.
Will work with big cruisers or small bikes - I have towed a Harley Ultra, a BMW K1600 and a BMW R1200RT with no issues. Trailer probably weighs around 500-600 pounds. Less than 4000 miles, garage kept. GVWR is 1900 pounds. Trailer dimensions are roughly 48" x 96" (4"x8"). Accepts a standard 2" hitch ball and 5 pin wiring plug but I have added a round 7 pin adapter which can go with the trailer.
Tires and bearings are good. Spare tire has never been used. Comes with 4 wheel locks ($30).
I am selling it only because I am moving to a Spyder 3 wheeler and it is not wide enough for the Spyder.
