Vehicle description

This fast, fun, responsive airplane is a dream to fly! With very LOW TT HOURS and no damage history, this TURBO NORMALIZED 200 HP, IFR, OXYGEN, AUTOPILOT equipped Mooney underwent a firewall-forward overhaul by Premier Aircraft Engines of Troutdale, Oregon. Premier, known for aviation overhauls for over 30 years, thoroughly rebuilt this engine with excellence and safety in mind. I am the third owner, having purchased her in 2002, and invested over $45,000 in the overhaul.
The rebuild included a new B&C, lightweight starter known for its dependability and all metal gears, new oil and fuel lines, mag, EXHAUST, brake cylinder o-rings, PROP HUB, camshaft kit, thermostatic bypass, piston plugs, oil temp gauge, fuel injectors, plugs, ignition harness, and many more parts (listed on logs). Throttle cable replaced 66 hours ago. Overhaul included the PROPELLER, HUB, governor, turbo, oil cooler and crankshaft, which was magnafluxed. Motor mounts have been welded and powder coated to comply with AD. ELT recently replaced with an ACK Technologies model E-04 which transmits on 406 as well as 121.5 MHz. For increased accuracy, it can also accept NEMA 0183 GPS position data from Garmin and Bendix/King GPS.
The F model is a rare and sought after year with it"s fuselage stretched 10 inches longer than the E model, allowing rear seat passengers considerably more leg room and is rated for altitudes up to 25k with it"s SkyOx oxygen system.
No leaks in the fuel tanks which carry 64 gallons of fuel, giving it a range of about 4.5 hours plus an hour reserve - excellent range for a four seater! Using an average of 12 gallons per hour, this 200 horsepower IO360A1A cruises at about 167 at 25 squared.
With less than 2700 total time on the airframe and less than 50 hours SMOH, the aircraft is only a few hours into it"s 2000 hour suggested TBO. That pencils out to less than $31.00 per flight hour cost at a $60k purchase price.

The original interior is dated but serviceable with no tears or rips in upholstery. No mold, smoke or offensive smells. DryZAir used religiously in the interior.
The original paint is worn but proves no damage, leaks, corrosion or hidden surprises!
Annual completed Dec 2016 and all AD"s complied with then. No recurrent AD"s. IFR equipped. NO KNOWN ISSUES.
