Recommended power settings and noted performance - 36” 2700 for takeoff and climb to altitude full rich. Pitch for 120 KIAS. Average climb rate is more than 500 FPM. Cruise power settings – 28” 2500, lean to 1500 TIT. FF average 12.5. Average KTAS between 8-10k is 160, 12k-170, 15k-180. Please note the recommended power settings above are below maximum allowable settings. You can go faster. For me, the speed and fuel burn is amazing and am not willing to go 5 knots faster at the cost of a top or entire engine. At 12k and above, it is a hard plane to keep up with for almost all HP singles and many light twins even though you are burning a fraction of the fuel without running LOP. I am well read in the Mooney line including after-market conversions such as the Rocket and Missile and have owned multiple aircraft from Piper, Cessna, Mooney, Beech, and even one Maule. I am happy to share my knowledge and experiences. The winning bidder will make a 5k deposit within 24 hours of auction close and will be given two weeks to arrange prebuy and close. Annual was on 2/10. Aerospace reports is an acceptable escrow option All such expenses will be the buyer"s responsibility. vRef on this plane is 138k and there was no add for condition. My insurance costs are 1400 per year with a 130k hull value. $118,500 Bob McCoy – 7047266848
