Vehicle description
I have owned this plane since July 2010 and have invested a lot of time into this bird. Current hours are : ACTT 6034, 0 SMOH (2017), 829 Prop (July 87).
The Good: 0 SMOH, both fuel tanks field patched, Fuel sending units O/H (2015) prop AD complete INSP ok, new tires, rotors, brakes, ELT INSP ok, EDM 830, S-TEC AP, 13 hours on O/H Mags and Vac pump, new Air filter, new foam and upholstery on seats (2010). Turn/Bank O/H (2010), no corrosion inside wings or fuselage, I have all logs.
The bad: Some hardware needed for access panels, needs annual (last in 2012), needs SMOH test flight (ground portion complete today 18 June 2017), needs nav light covers, VOR INOP ( wiring issue), Needs 24 month Pitot Static test, some surface corrosion, non cancerous.

Plane could be ferried once test flight for engine break in complete. If deposit is sent thru PayPal, the transaction fees will be added to total final price.
