135-140 KTAS at 8-9 GPH Electric retracts Skytech starter
Stratus ESG Mode S Transponder - 2020 ADS-B Out compliant (New) KX155 Nav/Com/GS KLX 135 GPS/Com King VOR/GS Kln 64 DME (1 yr old) Garmin 695 GPS Sigtronic Intercom ACK ELT (New) IFR Certified Feb. 17 Newer panel Recent fuel tank service
Over $25k spent during the last two years to address all squawks/issues, including having the fuel tanks resealed and new ELT at a Mooney Service Center at the most recent annual. Meticulously cared for while I owned it. No airplane is perfect, but I have invested a lot of money to get this airplane as close to it as possible. I transported my family in it and am not a risk-taker. This is a solid airplane with great performance.
You could spend less now and pay more later, like I did, or spend a little more now for a nearly perfect airplane.
Damage History: No known major damage history. Previous owner had a difficult time with remembering the retracts. One incident in 2012 then another in 2013. Both were minor damage and can be searched in the NTSB database. All repairs and prop strike inspections were logged. There is now a gear warning system installed to prevent this. There was an unknown minor incident in 1999 where repairs were made but no incident record is available. None of this affects the airplane now. It has been gone through and inspected multiple times and all repairs are documented and in accordance with the regs.
