PERFECT COACH FOR SOMEONE HANDY AND LOOKING TO SAVE A BUNDLE! * * THIS COACH HAD A FIRE START FROM BEHIND THE FRIDGE AREA FROM A BIRDS NEST. THIS COACH RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT AND THE GENERATOR (10,000kW Onan Diesel) RUNS PERFECT. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE BRANDED REBUILT* * You are bidding on a 2005 Monaco Executive (44 footer) by Monaco Coach with Quad slide outs, Full Body Paint, all on a heavy duty Roadmaster Chassis with TAG AXLE, powered by the POWERFUL Cummins ISM, 500 Horsepower, 6 Cylinder Turbo Diesel attached to a heavy duty Allison transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, electric mirrors, air leveling system, backup camera, Air Horns, completely electric main awning and porch awning, Rooftop Dome Satellite system (unable to test, requires subscription) and a 10000 watt Quiet Diesel Generator that runs perfect with just 1,236 hours! ! This coach runs and drives PERFECT! This coach has just 33,345 miles.
CONDITION : This coach had a fire start behind the fridge. Birds build a nest behind it, when it was turned on, it caught fire. The fire did burn through the fiberglass side and roof in the area of the fridge. There are some burned wires behind the fridge area that need repaired. There is smoke damage throughout the coach. The coach runs and drives perfect and is fine to drive anywhere. The generator starts up fine, but we did not put power into the coach since the wires need repaired first. We hot wired the slideouts out and back in for pictures. This is a HIGH END well equipped motorhome. Most of the interior cabinets are fine and need cleaned or worse case refinished. As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seats looks decent and should be able to be cleaned up and used. The radio/backup camera screen is missing. Overhead are some cabinets and a flat screen LCD TV. Behind the seats, on your right is a large slideout. A couch belongs here, the table for dinette and cabinets all overhead looks great. The chairs are missing for the dinette area. Back to your left is another large slideout. There is a J Lounger in this area. All the cabinets in this area looks decent, and need some deep cleaning. The solid surfance counters all look fine. The carpet in this area has some discoloration and needs replaced. The soft material in the ceiling throughout will need some attention, this has sculptured ceilings thoughout. On your right is the fridge area and this is where the focus of the fire was. It was a Norcold Four Door fridge (the actual fridge is gone). Some of the wood/cabinets in this immediate area may need replaced. The ceiling in this area is the worse damaged.
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your right is a private commode room with a sink, there is smoke damage in this area to the walls/ceiling. We think the cabinets/commode would all clean up and be usable. Back to your left is a large corner shower area along with a large vanity/cabinet area! The roof "skylight" is melted from the heat, it needs replaced.
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your right is a slide out that houses the king sized bed and a "workstation area" that is in the cabinets. Back to your left is the last slide out that houses a large cabinet array with tons of storage and another flat screen TV that retract into the cabinets! Along the back of the coach is more cabinets and a large Sliding Door closet area! There is also a washer/dryer combo unit in this area that should clean up and be find. We did make the king bed up with a new comforter as it would be fine to sleep in on your drive home. This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has triple roof a/c units; we are confident the front and rear most ones would be fine. The middle one would at least need cleaned well, but it may be good as well! It has Aqua Hot Diesel Fired Furnace/Hot Water in the basement that also should be fine. The basement is HUGE with large doors! The generator runs perfect! This coach has SOLID cherry cabinets, as mentioned, most of the cabinets are fine! Minimally they need good cleaning/oiled/refinished. This is a super nice high end Monaco product that is well optioned! ! This coach runs/drives PERFECT the drive line or structure was not effected in anyway; the engine is barely broken in with such low miles. This coach has TONS of storage and a very LARGE basement! The area right above the fridge about 2 foot square in the fiberglass is burned through. This can be easily repaired with a sheet of fiberglass filon/wood and eternabond seal around it. The exterior part right behind the fridge is burned through and will need new fiberglass/paint. There are several broken windows in this coach. You can tell which in the pictures as we filled those holes with wood for your drive home and to keep water out. We also sealed the roof and side with thick vinyl/ caulking . The outside of this coach is BEAUTIFUL with its pain scheme. Aside from the obvious damage , w e would rate the outside a 8+ out of 10!
This is a super nice coach that wouldn"t take much to get it back perfect. This coach is perfect for someone looking to save a bundle! Many have sold for over 100K. Save a bundle on this coach!
