Roof is white fiberglass with minimal seams to maintain. Roof is kept waxed and seams conditioned as needed. Would suggest replacing awnings in the near future as they have been original to the model year and main awning has to be stowed away by hand. Although still works and worthy of an upgrade to a power awning. We did not use the ONAN 4.0 Generator but it was exercised as recommended. Generator will need servicing as it did not start during last check. Otherwise any minor detailing or service will be reflective of the price.
