Good condition guard shack / work shed with a/c, electrical hookups, four leveling jacks, three 30 " by 30" windows, and 2" by 6" work bench and metal roof. With a 6" by 12" 2018 very low mileage trailer (less than 150 miles from the factory in Tampa to here). For pickup at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (near Powerline and Commercial Boulevard). Kept inside a hangar now. We also have a Honda EU2200i 2,200W generator for sale (additional $500; recently professionally serviced, powers the entire gate house including air conditioning).
