Clear Clean Title. No expense spared build. Great base for an all out time attack build. Would cost >$50k in parts (before shipping) + a rolling chassis + labor + paint to replicate.
If you are thinking of building an Evo for East or West Coast time attack series or NASA TT/ST, you can save yourself a ton of time and $$$ by starting with this chassis. Throw in a drivetrain, seat(s)/harness/window nets and go racing. Cosmetically in great shape. It does have a few small blemishes on the hood (nothing that will affect structural integrity), and it does still have some body wrap glue on rear bumper, but nothing effecting paint.
BODY:
Chassis completely stripped
Mark Mahan Cage with tie-ins to F&R suspension points ($$$)
Seam welded
Carbon Fiber Roof, Trunk, Hood, & All 4 doors (~$8k)
APR Wide Body kit w/ front splitter, rear diffuser, and gtc300 wing (~$6k before bodywork)
Lexan for all glass panels - front/rear/back/windshield (~$2k)
Complete carbon kevlar undertray with standoffs/jack points (~$1k just for carbon/kevlar)
L Carbon fiber intake headlight ($375)/stock R headlight
Full Fire System with pulls on driver and passenger side
Modified front crash structure/radiator support that allows easy removal of entire front clip to facilitate easy engine removal/service. Ford White paint job in and out and under (i.e. bare chassis/cage completely painted on rotisserie along with each body panel) Will come with modified factory dash that mounts over the roll cage dash bar. CBRD radiator ($600) - some bent fins on turbo side, but fully functional.

18x10.5 RPF1"s (~$1500) with scrub slicks [tires are rollers only]
ELECTRONICS: Sparktech PRO CDI 14 (~$1500) Autronic SM4 w/ harness and wiring diagram (~$2500+harness) Mercedes electric power steering pump ($800)
It will come with a full 3.5 inch exhaust, connect your turbo downpipe and go. NO TCASE/TRANS/ENGINE/REAR DIFF! What you see in the pics is what you get unless specifically mentioned above. SIDE NOTE: Will come with a different quick disconnect for steering wheel than pictured in car. Keeping the CAE for another project.
