This is a certified preowned motorhome. What this means is we have gone through this thing in doing a 200 point inspection. We have serviced, tested, upgraded, and improved when necessary. It has no leak damage and no leak history. It has no smells and no owners. It has nice looking vinyl plank floor along with new stain master carpet in the bedroom. Everything works as designed by the factory. You will notice it has been lightly used and is in superb of condition for the year. It’s rare that we receive one that has been cared for like this unit. We simply did a few trim items and cleaned it up. Not to mention the full service and test from front to back. Just making a point that it needed very little.
In case you have not owned motorhomes in the past or if you are not aware of the difference in quality between the name brands. The Winnebago Minnie Winnie of this year range is without a doubt the best built motor home on the market for the money. You cannot compare this motorhome to a Jayco or Dutchman or any other brand of the market. This Winnebago is head and shoulders above the competition . Think of it this way, would you rather have a one piece arched fiberglass roof with steel tube arch trusses or one by two wood trusses with a thin piece of rubber. Not only is the Winnebago higher-quality it looks better too. The fit and finish inside and out just looks better. This is one of the first models of class C motorhome with a full heated basement configuration. Given the slide out system is years above the competition. The slide out system moves out evenly and smoothly and quietly with the four corner mounted hydraulic cylinders . Most other including Jayco, Dutchman and all of the other major brands use a center floor mount gear driven system. That’s why it jumps around get stuck, or just quits working altogether. You will not have that problem with the Winnebago Minnie. They have taken the design and the best features from the diesel pusher line of motorhomes and Inc. them in the Winnebago Minnie Winnie . I have other RVs but I do not have one this quality. I would rather use this 2000 model then the 2014 model Jayco. This is just a better motorhome.
Now that I’ve bragged on it for so long let’s talk about options. You will notice smooth fiberglass exterior and of course I have mentioned the one piece fiberglass arched roof. Also you will find separate buttons and controls for basement and ambient heat which works off the engine rather than using up your LP. It still has the LP furnace but why use it if you can heat hydraulically from the engine. The roof mounted air-conditioner cools this motorhome easily in my 100° Arkansas heat. I’m actually in the motorhome now and it is 111° heat index today . It’s currently 72° inside the motorhome. You will find no odors, no smoking history, no pet history, and no damage. There will be somewhere since it is not new but nothing is broken. The cockpit is standard Ford E-series cockpit , The exception of the power remote heated mirrors, dual 12 V input, satellite radio docking station, back up camera, rear heat control, cruise control, power windows and power door locks. The leather style or leather looking front seats at a touch of quality to usually Sparse interior . The truck air and heat all work perfectly. The engine starts instantly and runs smoothly with no exhaust leaks and no problems. The transmission shifts perfectly and smoothly and has the pushbutton overdrive option. It has been serviced and the brakes are 90%. You also noticed some convenient cupholders and a center console glovebox. When you step into the cockpit from the living area there is a convenient step for the transition to be easier. There is plenty of room to step into the driver seat and take off.
The living area, it has the fabric ceiling with no water damage which adds to acoustic quality and insulation. It has a large spacious kitchen with very clean appliances. It actually looks as if the cookstove has never been used. It is the high-quality glass front cookstove that you would expect to see a higher end unit. The booth that also makes a bed is covered with the same type of leather looking material on the captain seats. This booth converts to a bed for two people. It is large and spacious for sitting for people while in the upright position. The kitchen having ample counterspace and I double under counter mounted stainless steel sink also has a built-in bread box. The backsplash as modern stainless steel 4 inch tile. The for Micah countertop though not as modern as Sam is in excellent condition with a rubberized would looking bullnose trim. The upper cabinetry is solid wood which appears to be maple and raised panel. The lower cabinetry doors are also solid wood but are smooth panel. All of the appliances work properly and the control center over the cook stove works properly with the generator display hours of 773 currently. The refrigerator is Newark old double door gas and electric unit. It works properly on both settings. The floor coverings in the living room are new modern vinyl plank. The kitchen has the standard linoleum for ease of cleaning. There is ample storage in the cabinetry above on every side in the living area. In the front of the unit you will find a single twin pull out bed from under the entertainment center. This is especially convenient when you want the convenience the television but you still want the upper bed. The compromise is a twin bed rather than a full bed. The television is brand new Phillips Roku smart TV. The upper cabinetry and entertainment center is very attractive and easy to use.
The bathroom has the glass front step in shower with the split floorplan. The laboratory or toilet is across from the shower. You will find the taller type toilet for ease of use for the older of us for the handicapped. There is ample room in the bathroom to move around, shave, brush her teeth etc. You can also open the hard walking bathroom door which will block off the hallway running perpendicular to the unit. This will make a private master suite with a bathroom. You can also close off the sliding accordion door situated at the entrance of the master suite bedroom. This will make a private bathroom in the hallway separate from the master and separate from the living area. This gives privacy for all who use the bathroom not just the master bedroom.
Into the master bedroom. You will find brand new stain master plush carpet that we just installed. You will notice a cute attractive comforter that says home sweet home and has little campers on it. This is Brandon O. We just installed it. You will also notice you can walk around three sides of the bed which makes it very easy to access for all ages. On each side of the bed there are cabinetry. On the passenger side of the unit there is a large mirrored cabinet for hanging clothes. Below the door with the mirror you’ll see three sample drawers for your clothes or private items. On the other side of the bed you will find a smaller cabinet for hanging clothes or other items. Below this you will find a nightstand with a duel 110 V receptacle. If you have CPAP machine here is your chance.You can lift the bed very easily with the help of the hydraulic support arms. Under this area you will find a huge amount of storage. This storage is in your living area so it does not get dirty and filthy from the road. The bedroom is the same as the rest of the coach. No water damage no leak damage to the roof.
To sum up, this is one of the best used motorhomes we have had. We have driven this motorhome 1400 miles plus ourselves. We purchased it a long distance from Arkansas. We flew out and drove it back and then certified it. We have a clean clear title in hand. After payment is cleared you will receive the title immediately.
