2005 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31ft Class C motorhome/ Mobile office with a power slide out. This unit can be used either way as an RV or as an office right now it only has sleeping for2 in the front overhead bunk with mattress, 2 windows with green cloth shades on the sides and front window with cloth curtain, roof vent and light. This area is also ducted for A/C. This vehicle was previously used by an insurance company to do disater relief. It can be fairly easy to convert this back to a complete motorhome or leave it as it as with office desks. It has HWH leveling jacks that work great all push button operation. The generator is an Onan 5500 marquis gold with a black cover and has 2,565 hours and runs and operates great. They really didn"t customize much all of the motorhome systems like water sewer and all appliances are still in place just desks were put in. The cab has tan cloth seats with a custom burber front carpet. It has power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, cd cassette player, dash A/C and heat, back up camera in the drivers visor which is a neat option. It has a rear ladder and rear tow hitch and plug with 6 way and 4 way adaptor. The exterior is all white with the exception of 1/2 the front doors, the front fenders and part of the front hood that is not a blue decal it is painted on. This does has a slide topper that is ripped. The main awning is like brand new white and is a power push button awning it had a manual on it originally and was converted to a power awning and it works great in and out smoothly. The drivers side on the outside wall of the slide out has some scuffs and gauges in the exterior from decal removal that wasn"t done properly. The interior has the simulated wood flooring front to back except for cab as mentioned. This also has the front privacy curtain that snaps on to the cab trim and protects the front windshield with privacy. The interior living room has the custom levelor darkening shades with the factory pattern curtain valances. The living room has a desk area mounted to the floor of the slide and the wall of the slide. The dinette is normal factory with the pattern cushions and drop down table with 2 cup holders built in. This also has cup holders on the back of the dinette and on the front wall by the cab. The kitchen countertop has the sink with 2 sink cover matching the countertop, has the 3 burner stove/oven combo and has the ventsystem fan and light. There is a samsung microwave that works and has the working RCA vhs and dvd player in the cabinet with black glass tinted front. Above is a spot for a TV. This living room has the has the nice wall mirror glass and ceiling lights with a Norcold refrigerator. The hallway has the shower with a glass shower door with brass trim and privacy door also has a rear shower curtain for privacy on the shower door. the main bathroom opens for privacy to the living room/kitchen area. this room has the plastic toilet with prayer, vanity with sink and wall mirror and has cabinets above the toilet and roof vent and fan and ducted A/C. The bedroom has the accordian style door and has the corner spot for the Tv with cable hookup, windows with valances and levelor custom darklening shades push button, closet with mirror door in the corner. The cusom work done in here is 2 desks one on each side mounted to the floor and walls. It also has a front desk towards the back window that cab be removed. The rest of the bedroom is the same other than these items.The bedroom also has a roof vent. This is a great running and driving motorhome too with great condition 16" wheels with chrome sumulators and excellent tread on the tires front and rear with dual rear wheels. It is nice to have the E-450 chssis for a little more structure it is always better. This unit has many great options and some extra options. It is ready to go to the next owner at a great price.
