From the gorgeous remodel inside and the amazing wrap job on the outside, this bus screams attention! This Beautiful Custom Stage Coach mobile boutique bus can bring in INSTANT equity! From permission from several brick and mortar business, parking in a vacant lot, or advertising for a weekend sale at a specific location or business the income potential has no limits!
This Mobile Boutique is in GREAT condition. It has just over 570,000 miles on it, which is not that high given the fact that these machines are used daily to transport people from Coast to Coast. The Detroit motor is in great shape with no work done and is very powerful to push the bus along with the Alison Transmission.
It currently has a $13,000 wrap job done on the exterior of the bus. It most recently has been customized and used as a Mobile Clothing Boutique, LuLaRoe to be specific. We have gutted the entire inside of the bus to customize everything into a beautiful Boutique.
The bathroom has been removed and turned into a private changing room. LED lights have ben installed above that change colors to make this party bus a fun, free feeling attraction. There are several spare remotes to change the LED lights to your desired colors. Installed are other LED white lights to light up the inside and wall lights to give this bus plenty of bright light. We kept 6 seats attached to allow others to travel with you and installed a Samsung T.V. for kids to watch a show or play video games while traveling or at a pop up.
Bus comes with New Generator so you can park it at a great location to set up shop and to save fuel cost by not running the bus while your store is open to the public to come in and shop away! We are also including 2 New AC/Heat units, that plug into the generator to keep the temperature just right for your shoppers. All seats that have been tore out are currently being stored under the fist section of storage under the bus. There are 3 additional storage units under the bus that are very spacious. We used it to bring clothing racks, additional Inventory, games to play such as Corn Hole, etc.
We are selling this bus AS IS. Buyer will be responsible for all cost to come get it. This is non-negotiable. We don"t have the time with work to provide delivery. We are located in Utah.
This bus has been stored indoors and out of the elements of the weather for the last 9 months. We have had a Diesel mechanic go through it with a fine tooth comb and there are no issues or leaks.
