CUSTOM CAOCH CONVESTION COLUMBUS, OH 1981 MCI MC-9 8V71 Allison Auto 740 15KW Diesel Generator Seats 18+ Sleeps 4-6 on couches Invertor Restroom Built new from factory as daycoach, converted by Custom Coach Columbus, Ohio. Coach cost $260,000 new in 1981. 93,000 miles, rebuilt 8v71 Detroit Diesel, tires 50%. Bus recently serviced and has a clean bill of health. Alco wheels, in-motion satellite, 3 TV"S. The bus has been used for the past year for traveling ministry. Prior to that professional coach company ran the bus with professional drivers and great maintenance program. Items need addressed, coach heat and AC work with main bus motor running. Custom Coach used "Cruise Aires" for AC while coach was sitting running generator or shore power. The Cruise Aires have been removed. Generator runs but NOT producing electricity, was told it was transfer switch. Coach 12 volt invertor needs serviced. If we would keep the coach I personally would install 2 roof tops AC units. Over all great coach, looks great, drives great! Would make a great family, ministry coach or party bus.
