Up for auction is a 1984 M936 Military Wrecker Recovery tow truck. This truck combines the legendary features of the 900 series military trucks with an extremely extreme recovery unit. It was designed to function on and off road in the harshest conditions (desert, jungles, mountains, etc.).
This truck could have endless uses from being kept as a collector"s item or run it as a commercial vehicle as it has all-wheel drive (6x6). The front winch is capable of towing 20,000 pounds. The rear winch can pull 45,000 pounds while utilizing 180 degree movement and fully extended at 18 feet.
