Tornado 230 out of Kaiser M715. Engine rebuilt 800kms ago both top and bottom ends. New internals with rebuilt distributer & carb. New water and oil pump. I cannot get timing issue resolved, lost patience. Engine runs great until load comes on then jumps timing. Last chance for complete engine before I part out. ( alt not included)
