This Logan Coach 812 was the World Congress Showcase Trailer . It hasn"t been used that much, first owner rarely, second by us not too much either. Cannot feel it behind as well pull (truck for sale too). We are downsizing and just do not need it. Title in hand . 4H, 7"6" tall, 8" wide, escape door with full stud stall 1st stall, 2nd stall manager and large under storage, 3-4th stalls managers and regular storage, 300 hours on the 4000 Onan Generator, controls in LQ, gas on side, Rear Side Tack with drain, water tank, tons of hooks, saddle rack swings out, blanket/pad bar, brush box on door, windows and storage throughout. NEW Awnings and NEW Propane Line 2019, NEW tires 2018 plus it has two spares, NEW batteries 2018 from dealer, hydraulic lift. I believe the specs are included in a photo, if not I will resubmit that photo with the weights, axle and tire information.
Living Quarters (entire trailer) has tons of upgrades that you might not notice but are nice once you know. LED lights, Satellite antenna, dvd/cd player, one tv but two tv slots, queen sleeper could fit king I think, full like sofa sleeper in slide and portable dinette or work table, walk in closet in bathroom, huge vanity, tons of mirrors, soft close drawers and tons of closets/storage, 2 burner stove top (hidden), extendable counter, about 40" long from nose to tail, think living quarters is 12 or 15", separate shower, separate toilet, soft walls, insulated throughout, 6cu refrigerator runs on propane or electric (it"s super!), can hook up to propane outdoors to grill, has water spicket, plus lots of extras throughout the horse living and people living quarters.
